In the heart of Guethary, on Laftenia beach, I was reminded once again that surfing is much more than a sport, it's a journey that transcends time and space.
As I came across the classic elements of an old car, a surfer's singlefin longboard parked up and headed out to sea in a visual symphony that resonates with the essence of surfing in its purest form. Through the camera, I tried to capture not just the moment, but a narrative that speaks of the enduring fascination of the ocean and the eternal dance between man and wave.
I've always heard a lot about the coast that Spain and France share. The "Basque Country" and its surroundings have always brought me a glamorous image of surfing. San Sebastian, Biarritz, Guethary, Saint Jean de Luz ... There are so many places full of stories that I've heard since I was a child. I felt extremely satisfied to be able to see it with my own eyes and with my family, already planning to return and try out new perspectives
